Yvette Baker Qualification - Green

Not too bad nav - one slightly dodgy routechoice just not looking at the leg closely enough before setting off from the control and then slightly confused on the downhill leg in the wooded bit as to where exactly I was and then was hesitant to the control. Again legs were feeling a bit tired but wasn't too bad.

Will be having an easier week next week before the British

Not feeling great today, very tired and feeling a bit bunged up...Don't know if I'm getting a cold or just have a bit of hayfever. Anyway pushed it up the hills and chilled on the downs, was a good tempo effort out

Lovely evening, great course and a nice area. Nav was a bit scrappy especially at the start..who goes to two instead of one first?! Got better after the long leg but just wasn't fully in it ever. Anyway was a very good evening out :)

6*600m hills up Castle Gate

6*200m hills up Cedar Lane

Both at a reasonable pace not too much slower than if doing flat intervals so felt like a speed/Hill session cross which was good. Legs tiring a bit towards the end.
