Me, Caitlin and then Charlotte on last leg...messed up number 1 slightly and so didnt really see anyone at all on my course so didnt know where I was in the pack. Just kept running and doing my own course and managed to come back fairly high up in the group. Pretty pleased

Okay run, started off a bit scrappy - just slow going to 1 and then wasn't 100% confident in the control circle so was slightly too low. Then all fine till the very short leg where I just got pulled off and was too far down the hill.. didn't follow my compass enough. No more mistakes just one slightly bad routchoice where I should have just got to the path and ran along that. Still quite happy with my run

Good session up on the school track, running with Sunley and Charlie which was nice company and made it go a lot more quickly...also more sunny sessions like this please!
