Just did the 7 km course at bit more of race pace (wasn't flat out as feeling a bit tired). Felt good running and nav was pretty good a couple hesitations as was confused by the wrong control codes and then the extra rock when i was coming down. Should've just cut straight to the path on two but didn't loose too much time I don't think. Very good fun :)
