Was supposed to run the last long set as 3x1000m but felt that my lactates were up a bit so decided to run shorter and try to keep it as easy as possible. Faster sprints at the end to keep the speed. My body is clearly very tired since running felt pretty good and easy but lactates were still so high.

Went better than I expected even with the lack of sleep and the stress I had before. Could keep up with Olli until 1500m and thats when he totally changed his pace. It also made me drop my speed a little so I cruised the next 1000m behind Eikka and Luke. Pretty solid finish anyway with a little kick for the last 200m.

Training camp at Vierumäki started off with a demo on all the different kind of training exercises. Finally got some good training in after last week. From Sunday until yesterday I have just been really focused on packing and unpacking boxes to make the move to the new appartement as smooth as possible. So I haven't done anything training wise, sadly:( This training camp will hopefully get me back in rythm.
