biking race (Lactate test) 27:35 [5]
ahr:132 max:189 shoes: Adidas D Rose 5 Boost

In school we have a new subject, a mix of math and biology. We work in small groups and we test or analyze something that has to do with biology and maths. My group, we are analyzing and testing lactat and it's consequences and so on, so today I did the test and made it up to 314 watts with 85rpm.

basketball (throw) 1:26:00 [1]
shoes: Adidas D Rose 5 Boost

After the test I took easy and after hydrating and resting enough (30min) I continued with basketball for almost 1,5 hours. I could see that the test affected my abbility to jump, but my throw was quite good, 76,8% on all throws.

At the country side(30km from Zurich city center) a nice run with Florian and his father Martin. We started from 726m and we were at the highest at 1033m. It was steep up and down hill all the time(very few flat parts) and it was so hard!! Now the easter trainings are finished and the boy is sooo finished: tomorrow a definite rest day!

biking long (bike tour) 2:24:00 [2] 32.0 km (13.3 kph)
ahr:145 max:174 shoes: Adidas Adizero Boost 2.0 viole

Easter train keeps going: easter bike tour with Florian. After yesterday's crazy ski trip my legs were still giving out some reflections of pain but that didn't stop me. The big uphill that took in total 1,5hours might have been just a little hard... After it got flat and started going down, I started playing the high notes. Every corner, jump and straight I hit with as much speed as I could and came home so muddy that I wasn't allowed inside at first. Also today an amazing feeling, Switzerland is super duper priimaa!!

skiing long (ski tour) 4:15:00 [2] 12.5 km (20:24 / km)
ahr:151 max:176

Today something different: a Ski tour in southern Switzerland, just near the Italian border. With Florian's dad Martin and his collegue, we went up to Gross Spanort and then from there down. It was my first time on a long and so high up going ski tour ever! The highest point was at 2948m and from there we came down. The view was so beautifull and to ski on/in powder snow was just amazing!! My sleep hours and muscle hurt were also amazing the following morning... Another easter run with Florian. This time up to the big hill, Entlisberg, right next to our house. As I was expecting, even if I beat my old record to the hill, Florian beat my new record and with 20 seconds... I so have to get that segment back!!!
