Felt a bit weird this morning so decided not to go run the B-final. Slept in instead and did an easy bike and run in the afternoon

Messed up 1 pretty badly, after that navigation was decent. I got very tired physically pretty early in the race(after control 6) but somehow managed the navigation still. Just a minute off the A-final...

I don't know why but the long distance just isn't giving me the kicks anymore,I wanna try to understand why

Warm up to Paloheinä, 2 times the 5k saw dust loop doing hills hard and the rest easy, a short segment chase and cool down home

Haven't done hills in a while but felt good so let's see how the long champs go this weekend.
