they'd put a road block halfway up the road since someone knocked out the bollard and between my 1st and 2nd rep someone MOVED it and sped down to almost hit me and instead just soaked me as they went through a huge puddle, and then a van came down later. i put the road block back after so they at least have to move it again if they come back >:(
