SA 30' climb challenge (wish i actually entered it and did it properly now)
idk how strava measures climb, even looking at the contours on the strava map it should have been loads more than it said. used avg of OS and corrected strava for real climb.
I could've gone a bit harder, and the descents were slow- it was pretty dark and with the wind in my eyes i couldn't see a thing at times, had to stop halfway down to properly wipe my eyes. Still tired me out though and was good fun- got my music working on the new garmin

crack in the back has left me pretty crippled. will have to see if it gets any better but i wont be able to run for a few days at the very least- 18 hours later and no improvement
