Such a crap event. The whole area was covered in huge brambles and there weren't many places where it was physically possible to get through. This meant you had to follow the huge open, grassy rides and it was really easy. Did blue because green was really short. So easy though. I got really bored at one point because I was just running along a straight, grassy ride for like 2 minutes. From #7 to #8 I tried to go through the big gap in the thickets shown on the map but it wasn't there so I lost a minute going all the way round that way. It was a really, really bad event.

Finally back in the pool. 14 length Wu, then some more stuff but did a lot of rescues today. Didn't have to do towing though which was good because Laura doesn't even cooperate on a shout rescue. Ran out of time doing that for polo.

We had some really intense fitness stuff to start- we did a load of interval sprints. Played 1 game as WA.
