Orienteering (YHJS) 42:45 [3] 4.26 km (10:02 / km) +20m 9:48 / km

Hamstrings still very tight so even slow running was hard

Running 13:09 [3] 1.63 km (8:04 / km)
shoes: VJ supra

Went for a jog around the paths trying to loosen the hamstrings, really hard to move my legs

Running intervals 7:23 [4] 1.33 km (5:33 / km)
shoes: VJ supra

Fartlek(had to look that word up) with some of the squad, really hard to move to the front because we went on thin windy paths instead of the main tracks.

Running 56:13 [3] 9.3 km (6:03 / km) +105m 5:43 / km
shoes: Nike Pegasus 33 shield

WIth Hyde park harriers, same too slow group and the first 3k down the main road and past home, but came back through 100m of woods near the carnegie campus, which people seemed to think was very exciting. Also people keep complaining about hills, but if that's a hill to them they ain't seen nothing

Running warm up/down 4:00 [1] 0.67 km (5:58 / km)
shoes: Nike Pegasus 33 shield

Warmed down and reminisced about where I went wrong at the JK sprint last year as I went past those damn steps.
