Don't like small spaces to warm up, so I'm always annoyed at relays

JHI relay
"gaffles" hah, everyone together until about #6 where people started separating, Eilidh and Anika getting away. 1st leg was brutal up the massive hill. Think I had the exact same course as Kirsty, except maybe #1. She was just ahead of me until #9 where we had the top of the hill and she stopped at the bottom of the crags. Held onto that 2m lead I gained despite faceplanting shortly after #9 and absolutely dying trying to stay ahead of her. Came in 3rd, Rachel and Laura brought it to 2nd. Kirstys team won so not too fussed since I beat her (by like 2 seconds)

JHI individual at Gwanas
Struggled to move my legs for the first half but was okay for the rest. Got pretty foggy but my compass was good to me and I was fine. Needed to be going mucho mas rapido
Came in thinking I had done awful but was 3rd. Lost almost all my time to Anika and Eilidh on the first uphill half where I just wasn't running properly. Lovely area though
