Tarmac isn't good for my dodgy leg, and neither is high impact. The netball match made it a bit worse but these steps were not a good thing to do and now it just hurts all the time. Since it's been like this a month I should probably do something

Match against Guiseley. Shorter game with only halves because both teams had no subs. Had to stay centre all through when I was a bit dehydrated so exhausted, kept throwing too hard but when I tried to slow it down in the second half they were too high. player of the match though
