Note

Slipped on the stairs on Tuesday and basically just really hurt my bum so was told not to run for a couple days which just turned into all the days before the training
Also really hurt my hand on like thurs which didn't make it easier

New shoes felt so good. Didnt feel too good before so not surprisingly had a stitch for most. Just a gentle run with dad but sprinted for the speed road sign thing that's meant to slow cars down- got a 13mph. After that I kind of sped up generally because I was in a better mood and then we took the last hill fast.
