british champs at Kilnsey
having a great time, caught lizzie at #12 although had been able to see her on and off since #5. bit of a race for the last bit even tho we both failed to read the map across the limestone out of #13 and ended up on the wrong hill, but only one mistake and just about coping with the hills even in the 2nd half which was a bit more of a struggle
A tasty 1st place, refreshing for me to get that after the mess i was last week

some sprints in there and jogged back from the park as a sort of "warm down"
