a wee bit longer than normal cos i zoned out at the start and went the wrong way lol
honestly felt surprisingly good- got pbs on all the hilly segments which is pretty cool since i expected to get out of breath pretty quickly due to my cold and a lack of running, positive sign this blip hasnt affected my fitness too much
wanted to wait til i was completely recovered this time but felt i couldnt afford to take any more time off. not coughed too much since i got back which is a good sign. (even tho im silly and went in shorts)

successfully wrecked my new shoes in the park
chest a bit tight but generally ok, just started coughing a lot once i got back and its at the point where i feel like im breaking my back

feeling less congested today but still coughing and my chest and back are really sore from the coughing. will have to see but i should be able to actually get a decent nights sleep tonight since i can breathe alright at the moment, so might be able to run tomorrow
