and when i say rest i mean lots of calf raises among a bunch of other stuff so maybe rest isnt the right word

feeling terrible, cut it short. this felt harder than running 21km faster, my body works in mysterious ways.

I mean its basically flat. Saw some other guy doing his intervals round this estate too hehe. Pride was hurt seeing people run past me while i walked.
Struggled to get the pace up but was getting marginally better as i went on.
