my worst nightmare really but i did okay- not spiking them all but relocating quite quickly when in the circle

they opened up a fast lane with about 10 mins of my swim to go and wow the pain of overtaking people was over and i realised i do actually enjoy swimming in pools still. was however too tired to swim fast fast at that point lol. has actually tired my legs out this swim

my legs been really bad, hurting even just if i run up the stairs so im just not going to do any running until the weekend and see if proper rest makes it better
also gave in and bought goggles, cant hack chlorine anymore and i swim with my eyes open, so now i can do longer swims if i dont get too bored
