just going steady. there was an urban loop at the end which i wasnt a huge fan of being in my dobs on tarmac with shin splints but just jogged round it and again didnt feel it too much
orienteering-wise a bit messy- in my head i decided i wanted to work on picture but it didnt really happen. a lot on paths and not the most interesting area so was easy to just zone out and forget i was meant to be properly visualising and forming plans. also took some worse routes despite deciding they were worse beforehand cos i thought its training, why not, but there wasnt really any point.
