made it down to the canal before it got too dark, although had to cut it a bit short since getting home at 4:30 didnt leave me loads of time, and had to keep stopping for traffic.
first run i've really enjoyed in a long time.

Note

recently been getting really sick of doing the same run over and over again because theres only one place i could go without hurting my calf. had a bad week last week, really bad sleep and awful eating habits, and couldnt bring myself to go back out into the woods again especially when i was so tired. now its getting lighter and i might be able to go down to the canal i might find it easier to get back into it.
