crags. rib feeling pretty good for a couple days, and the warmth made me want to head out today.
chronic cant-not-run-uphill disease so i pushed my body a bit hard- have barely moved for a week and a half so body wasnt really ready to do that even though i was just jogging. flats to protect my rib from impact made some bits hard work too, and had to go v slow downhill since the last thing i need is a fall.
glutes more sore than anything, although the rib did start to hurt on the way back
