beaut day so went up the crags but it felt like v hard work- felt like i had to walk quite a bit. Again going quite a bit faster than it felt like. Weird.

felt very slow (though hard work) but was actually going a lot faster than i thought when i checked my watch, which i suppose is a good sign. just feel unfit.

crags. rib feeling pretty good for a couple days, and the warmth made me want to head out today.
chronic cant-not-run-uphill disease so i pushed my body a bit hard- have barely moved for a week and a half so body wasnt really ready to do that even though i was just jogging. flats to protect my rib from impact made some bits hard work too, and had to go v slow downhill since the last thing i need is a fall.
glutes more sore than anything, although the rib did start to hurt on the way back

Note

nice evening walk up the crags with louise was a fun change to running up them, and a nice chance to let the blisters on my hands heal. rib feeling okay on this, hopefully will be able to to a proper (gentle) run by the end of the week.
