Legs still a bit heavy but just going nice and easy

little session. 1x 5min (4.20s) felt shocking, felt like i was having a heart attack on my second 5 min, so stopped to recover. then did 3 x 2min (4.15-20s) which was much more comfortable

boring boring meadows. feeling quite rubbish. idk why i can never get the pace down on these- maybe just the desperate desire for it to be over.
in other news for the day i forgot to do a test that was 15% of my grade. oops.
