20 Tempo
Round the meadows on road. Set out to do 30 mins but realised pretty soon that it wasn’t going to happen. Legs just felt dead and no energy, possibly because pre breakfast. Managed to keep a consistent (but quite slow) pace up to 20mins. Bit annoying to feel so shit at what should be a relatively comfortable pace. But good to get in 3 quality sessions this week and shin/calf seems to be holding up well.
