Pre-breakfast with Finn. First full session for 3 weeks. Very cold and slushy but worked very well with Finn just side by side for the whole thing, lovely stuff. Feeling decent up to 4 reps then got a little bit bonky near the end. Still held it together. Paces between 3:17 and 3:25/km so not too bad for the slushy conditions and we weren't hanging about on the recovery's.
