Decided to do this as thought it would be better for the Achilles (albeit bad for the shins). First time doing a wave type session so was a bit nervous before hand. Went out with the B group of Carcas, James T, Elisha and Ben S. Sitting in for the first 2 reps I felt really comfortable and was able to recover well on the floats. Only grinding hard on the last rep where I took the wind. Tough shift but very happy with this. Also unofficial strava 10k pb of 32:57, naughty.
