Small group this week. Set off with Andy, Max and Joe. Andy and Max slowly moved away after the first rep. Just kept it nice and controlled for the whole thing. Felt pretty good in general. Last rep was solo so pace dropped off a little but kept the effort the same so no worries there. Encouraging!
