Phys Testing

Started at 13kph upping by 1kph with a 30sec break to measure lactic in between.

Made it 2:25 into 22kph which is significantly better than my 1:45 into 20kph from 2019. Wasn’t wearing a mask because couldn’t care less about my VO2 and wanted more accurate lactate readings, which made things a bit easier/more pleasant compared to past phys testing experiences. Felt very comfy through 20kph then started to bite at 21kph then 22 started feeling very fast and sacked as soon as it got painful, felt a bit wet but cba putting myself in the locker. Hopefully some got some good data out of that.
