Race offroad race (Kingswood Trophy xc Race) 25:00 [5] 5.85 km (4:16 / km) +180m 3:42 / km
shoes: Inov8 x talon 212

Hill muddy and wet race, felt really good and was able to push away from pack on the up-hills.
Finished 1st out of 45 runners in senior boys race, happy with performance....

Got xc race at my school, so pre ran bits of the course.
Very muddy in paces but should be fun tomorrow....

Thick Brambles across most of woodland.
All good on Brown course apart from last control where I lost over 2mins.
Alarm bells went on 15 seconds too early, turns out I was about to spike control, but unfortunately lost over 2mins in the end.

Mainly focused on slopes, did a talk O with zac to start, then did two 4km slopes courses afterwards.
Was a mixed area, some nice and runnable, some filled with brambles.
