First long run in almost 6 months. Felt pretty grim from the start probably because of very small breakfast. Started bonking at 10k, was a little bit embarrassing. Wanted to do more but just felt so shit. Ah well.

Some chilled recovery kegs. Some fairly horrendous traveling over the last couple of days meant legs were a bit niggly to start. Still enjoyable and quite nice to be able to relax training wise now.
