Pre-brekkie Mortonhall job with a good bunch of lads. Stomach giving me some issues but generally very enjoyable. Arms quite cold probably should have worn a long sleeve. Good week, shins felt on the edge but hopefully will be good as long as I just keep the mileage at this low level.

Pre-breakfast with Finn. First full session for 3 weeks. Very cold and slushy but worked very well with Finn just side by side for the whole thing, lovely stuff. Feeling decent up to 4 reps then got a little bit bonky near the end. Still held it together. Paces between 3:17 and 3:25/km so not too bad for the slushy conditions and we weren't hanging about on the recovery's.

Easy flat seat with Dan and Boyan. Good chat, ransid at times, love it. Shin was good for most but felt it a couple of times. No worse than before.
