FWTN Gracemount - 1st

Work sent me home because they'd asked too many people to work. This meant I could fight the night and have a rest day tomorrow. Wanted to go hard because this would basically act as my second session for the week. Turned into a nice 30min tempo. Tam got an early lead with a shorter gaffle to start, then I slowly caught him before having a shorter gaffle to finish, which meant I managed to get away. Turned into a bit of a grind but that was the aim. Hopefully won't have shin splints tomorrow. Unlucky Tam x

Grind out front with Carcas for the first rep, Finn for the 2nd and 3rd and then Dan put his dick in on the last one. Just about managed to hang on but oh boy that last 2 mins was a grind (got distanced slightly lol). Good session, nice paces, happy to get it done.
