On the BUCS course: very hyped. Massive pack of boys out. Went with the pace at the front but was a grind but just about maintained it. Some zesty paces considering the wind and mud. Feeling good for next weekend.

Decided to do this as thought it would be better for the Achilles (albeit bad for the shins). First time doing a wave type session so was a bit nervous before hand. Went out with the B group of Carcas, James T, Elisha and Ben S. Sitting in for the first 2 reps I felt really comfortable and was able to recover well on the floats. Only grinding hard on the last rep where I took the wind. Tough shift but very happy with this. Also unofficial strava 10k pb of 32:57, naughty.
