On a gravel track with the boys. Going 1k about with Carcas. Kept it chill basically until the last rep. Feeling alright considering the couple of weeks off. Did this as doing mid Cheshire 5k a week on Friday. Risky for the groin but though I may aswell make use of this shape whilst I’ve got the chance. Groin was a 3/10 for the session. Wouldn’t have said it got noticeably worse. More noticeable on the warm down but not limping.
