Mortonhall SLR with the boys. Standard stuff. Had a couple of IPAs last night but surprisingly didn't feel the effects too much. Another decent week ticked off.

On the track. Kept milage shoes, jumper and tights on so felt a little heavy. Just sat on the front of Max and Tom. Went through 3km in 9:53 so pace more like 3:18s.

Nice chill one today. Aiming just to hit 5km pace but ended up being a little quicker. Kept it nice and consistent. Bit windy and stupidly chose to have headwind straight twice per rep.

Bit of a dilemma at the start as not sure what group to go in. Opted for the brave option of Max and Andy. Sat with them for the first 3 reps but then started to get distanced on the 4th. Decided not to fight it and just settle into my own rhythm for the rest of the session. Still ticking off some nice paces for the rest of the session. Felt comfortable. Max is starting to get in some horrid shape so keeping with him in these session in future is going to be a tall order. Strong session.
