With Remi along the trail. Started a little bit easier then got moving a bit more in the second half. Felt decent until the last bit up the hill which is always a slog. Good shift in some chilly conditions, tights and long sleeve weather.

Other lads not racing conference went easy but I fancied something thresholdy and coach gave the all clear. Went round Parkview Cemetary, nice little 2mile loop on some mixed surface. Felt really good and was able to get moving on the ons. Solid float on the offs so a zesty average pace. Shape clearly not the issue with races atm.
