Run (long run #2) 3:40:00 [3]

Well I got lost on the trail hence the extra 40 mins added to the long run. It was really hot today around 80 degrees. Started the run around 6am to try and beat the heat. Took extra precaution today with hydration, salt tablets and nutrtiion. I felt great the whole run. The only complaint is the blister I received at the bottom of my foot that was irritating me the last 30 mins. Other then taht great rolling hills and powered up all the ups.
