Today, we focused on activating different emotions to have better reactions to the speed bumps on our journey HOME.
This act of building resiliency is especially important when a mistake is made early in a race :)

HOME Day 1: Embarking on a 30 Day Yoga journey with my sister, Katie!

HOME is a 30 Day journey hosted by Yoga with Adriene, I would definitely recommend checking her YouTube channel out!

HOME will allow me to practice stress reduction in intense situations (such as before a race), and allow me to keep a positive mindset during the race and during training.
