HOME Day 4 - Activate Today, we focused on activating different emotions to have better reactions to the speed bumps on our journey HOME. This act of building resiliency is especially important when a mistake is made early in a race :)

HOME will allow me to practice stress reduction in intense situations (such as before a race), and allow me to keep a positive mindset during the race and during training.
