3 circuits of: ~1200m uphill & around a pond, easy downhill, ~1200m winding through the woods, repeat

Honestly felt terrible during the workout. I completed the first circuit in okay time, but after that my legs felt completely dead and I felt exhausted in general. Maybe getting 9 hours of sleep in the last 2 days isn't great...
