Didn't do these yesterday because they didn't plow the track. They didn't plow it today, either, and it was snowing, and I couldn't do them inside because the roof of the gym collapsed last night - completely - so did some good ol sprints on the sidewalk. Stoked for warmer weather and actually being able to train properly.
