Warmups, then intro to new lifts today. We did 3x10 benching and the bar was enough for today but made me feel super weak. Then we did 3x10 things with dumbells, I think they're called butterflies. +10 mins core and stretching at the end

I was so insanely, ridiculously tight from yesterday that I could only do a short run today! I had to stop and stretch 1/2way through cause my calves had horrible knots, and I went slow the rest of the way.

First XC race EVER! My form sucked which probably made me more tired and slow as well, but it was lots of fun.

Finished thinking I had a terrible race, but still finished second for varsity. I was working on flow and it went well in terms of knowing where I was going and what to expect, but not well because I got disoriented badly in 3 spots, and made a bunch of mistakes.

Probably the most intense game since joining this team! We dominated most of the time and played great soccer, but it sucked cause we just weren't finishing and ended 0-0.
