Tempo workout with a buddy at Sky Country since neither of us could make it to the team tempo. Went pretty well but I think we were both surprised by how much slower our pace would be on trails and hills.

Honestly felt terrible during the workout. I completed the first circuit in okay time, but after that my legs felt completely dead and I felt exhausted in general. Maybe getting 9 hours of sleep in the last 2 days isn't great...
