Workout: 800 w/200m rest, 2x600 w/200m rest, 4x300 w/100m rest, 6x200 w/200m rest. Goal paces based off of 5:40 mile: 91, 88s, 85s, 82s --> Goal splits: 3:02, 2:12s, 63s, 41s
Splits: 2:58, 2:12, 2:13, 62, 65, 62, 42, 39, 39, 40, 39, 38

-I was nervous since this was supposed to be a hard workout (and it was) but it felt really good and despite not having anyone to run with all spring I was able to consistently hit the paces at every 100m.

did 2 circuits of Erin's agility exercises, each one twice. I set it up in a really small area of the front yard and kept slipping so next time I'll need a bigger area.

Maple hills with team. I resolved to make myself stick with the group for 1 mile after I feel like I can't keep going, which happened to put me at the park, where we took a stretch break and headed back, so I ended up sticking with the team the whole way anyway. It was hard on the way there but mostly downhill on the way back.

Disappointing race. My first lap was perfect pace but I had no one to pace with and never got in the racing mentality. Finished almost 20s slower than what I hoped.
