Rattlesnake nav race! This was legit SUPER long. I kept up a decent pace throughout, was pretty confident the whole time, finished just over time. Got blisters on my heels going to 17 which sucked since I still had ~8 more miles to go but still ended up winning the 3 hour event! :)

2mi warmup, 5min on 2min off, 4 on 2 off, 3 on, 5 break, 3 on 2 off, 4 on 2 off, 5 on, at tempo pace (mile pace +45s), ~6:30 for me, so 97s. Hit solidly between 96s and 97s each lap, and it felt pretty easy until the last 5. Weather was freaking weird and kept raining then being sunny

wow this was the nicest road run ever! hilly but not too hilly, foresty, warm, sunny, perfect! Kept up with Brigette, Sam and Kelsey the whole way

30-30s workout! 10 sets of 30s on/30s off, 5 min rest, another 10 sets. you try to get as much of 200m as you can in the on (but no one actually does cuz that's insane.) It was a real grind
