I was going pretty well until I cut through some trails thinking the medium green would be crossable- harsh reality is, in Seattle, it's not. Missed the powerline leaving 11 and made the same mistake cutting through.

Short run with Kelsey and Brigette! My ankle is still sore from rolling it about 7 times in the long and my hip is still sore from wrenching it in the middle final. Taking this week easy to get back into regular running training.
