Coach's "river run." We ran for about 4 miles, jumped in the bed of May Creek, and ran through the frickin' water for 2 miles (avoiding slugs, thornbushes, and spraining ankles, of course.) before finishing off running up some real hills.

Shy bear with Bailee. I really wanted to get to 10 mi/16k but I was running late for my and Tyra's orienteering interview with the local paper so I had to cut it short. Stomach has been feeling great all summer, maybe anxiety during the school year affects it?
