Lake Wilderness with Dhaman. My stomach felt great up until 9 miles in (which is still pretty good.) Kept up a 7:30/mi pace the whole time, feeling pretty good about my training so far.

Taking a much needed rest day after 3 weeks of daily training. Spending it on college apps, recruitment questionnaires, job applications, and AP Bio summer hw!!!

Rattlesnake Lake- out and back run, straight line on the Iron Horse, can't get lost, slight uphill 4 miles and slight downhill back, tempoed for the first 3 miles after turning around. I kept getting distracted by my thoughts and ended up only doing a 6:40 mile pace (hoping for 6:30 or faster). Still, my legs were burning on the way up and I've been feeling pretty tired lately. Will be taking a rest day tomorrow.

Strength at the Y with Dhaman and Maddie. Did Dhaman's MIT workout of exercise ball dumbell flys, pullups, exercise ball leg curls, calf raises, lunges. KILLER lunges. With weights. Ouch. Followed by some nice core. Man I need to lift more.

SOCCER WOO!!!! So even though I officially quit soccer, my old coach asked me to guest play in their tourney next weekend, so I got to get out to practice. Came late bc lifting and we unfortunately called it early because only 4 other girls showed up.

Last minute my dad took the car for a hike so I ended up running up Cougar Mountain to meet the team for the run. Thought I was behind them but was actually ahead and only ended up running with people for about a mile before running home...
