Really happy with this race! Went out wayy fast and came in first mile at 6:03, stuck with the pack but in high school people suck at pacing so the pack slows down anyways. Tbh I didn't feel amazing and threw up a little in my mouth around mile 2 and then died after the last hay bales and totally thought I wouldn't PR but did.. I feel like I didn't really push myself though and physical training to be fast is only half of the game.. Gonna start pushing at Hole in the Wall next weekend!
