Night-O at Hamlin park and YIKES my headlamp sucks! But it's ok I did a good job and had fun!! However, I'm suspecting there isn't much in terms of training benefits for night-O? Especially with a crummy headlamp?

Guestimating this workout since I left my watch (and keys RIP) in my locker...
Didn't feel juicy but still fast. 5x 400, 200, 200, plus an extra 400 at the end of it all, with the 400s at mile pace and 200s 3sec faster, so 82s and 38. Splits: 80, 39, 38, 80, 38, 38, 81, 38, 38, 80, 38, 38, 82, 38, 38, 80. On pace or faster every time except the first 200 i think
