Good race i guess? My initial reaction was "shoot wasn't in the 30s", but I dropped 18s from my last pr so I'm just gonna try to keep PRing. Plus the 3200 race still feels pretty new to me, so this was a huge confidence booster. Splits were pretty even the whole race, first mile was 5:45, then slowed down a bit, but was passing girls the whole time. I was worried I'd feel weak in the middle,but I felt strong all the first 6 laps. Started losing focus 7th lap and stomach started hurting last lap so no kick. I need to feel the fire bc I was just latching onto packs and prob wouldn't have run fast otherwise, it was like I was being paced rather than racing.

3x400 at +2, 4x300 at +1, 4x200 fast. Splits were a lil wacky to begin: 80, 83, 82; 62, 60, 61, 60; 35, 34.8, 34.6, 33.8. Really tried to bang the 200s and it was hella fun, I like fast stuff
