Second Bench with Coach, Alex, and Sam. I was proud of myself for sticking with them the whole way back (except when Alex started mobbing the last 2 miles), but still, it felt good, especially for a longer, faster-paced trail run when I haven't really legit ran in a week.
Note
Training starts this week. I don't know if I'll be able to get in any O training during the school week aside from the Wednesday meet, but I'll be at both races this weekend (I guess that is 3 sessions, not bad). Shooting for a 30ish mile (50k) week. Also shooting for 3-4 days of core and a plyo day somewhere in there. This week my goal will be remembering that every training has a purpose and anticipating that purpose each day.
