Fathers' Day bike ride up on Rattlesnake with the fam! I really enjoyed the downhill until I didn't quite make it around a tight turn and launched off the edge into the forest. That hurt. Overall a good time

Turner Loop with team! Did 2 mid run tempos: 10 min and 7:26, with 9 min rest. Slow tempo paces- 7:07/mi and 7:26/mi respectively - both included a lot of uphill and my legs felt like cement. Also ran the end of the run with Alex and Gabe and they were booking, so overall it was a faster paced run. Hoping next time to do 2x10 min trail sessions.
